Yuri was the supervisor I needed.
He brought me back in contact with my true natural state of dynamic balance.
We worked in nature and with nature. His experiential excercises provided me with hartwarming and sometimes confronting feedback I needed then. He faciltated my return back to my work with clients and students in a more connected way.
His supervision was so right. He was nearby, critical and a wild bear when that was supportive for my process. His interventions made me questioning the right things! Together we found the values and actions I can align with every aspect of my life.

Teams are living organisms. Team development is a process and is never finished. We advise our clients to build in moments where you sit down with your team and it's just about: how are we really doing, what are we strong in, where can we grow/develop/transform, what wants to be expressed, what is alive, what do we need,....

Everything is energy.
